For teachers moving off a sheet, and for teachers who never made one.
Not yet, and it would be dishonest to say otherwise. In practice most teachers enter the students they are actively teaching and the packs those students currently hold, which is a short list and takes one sitting. Everything after that is counted for you.
Yes. A student can hold a pack, pay as a drop-in when it runs out, and hold a monthly membership at the same time. When you check somebody in, you choose which of those it comes out of, and the counts move themselves.
No. Ritmo Planner does not take bookings and does not put your schedule online. It is a record of what you teach and who attended, which is exactly the job the spreadsheet was doing.
You set the window when you sell the pack and the app watches it. Packs approaching their end show up ahead of time, so the choice to extend, remind or let it lapse is one you make rather than one you discover afterwards.
Packs, memberships and drop-ins are counted as income when they are paid, and your own expenses go in alongside. It is the same reconciliation the sheet was for, without the month-end sitting.
