Open the class, tap Reminder, and pick how long before it you want to hear: 15 or 30 minutes, 1 or 2 hours, or a day. A class with no reminder set stays silent.

At 08:00 your time, on any Monday you have classes that week. It names the first three, counts the rest, and opens the planner when you tap it.
No. They are for you. Ritmo Planner never messages your clients on its own; when you want to remind a client, you send it yourself from WhatsApp, SMS or email.
A reminder is tied to the class itself, so an hour before is an hour before wherever you are. The Monday summary follows your phone's time zone and still arrives at 08:00 for you.
