What instructors ask before they stop taking the register on paper.
On the home screen, tap Fast checkin on your next class and tap each person who came. You can also open any class from the planner and check people in from its list. Search finds anyone by name, phone or email.
One session comes off their pack straight away, and their remaining sessions update everywhere in the app. A client on a monthly plan is checked in against the plan instead, with nothing deducted.
Ritmo Planner asks before checking them in. Take payment for a single class there and then, or let them pay later: they are checked in and owe one session, which the next pack they buy pays off.
Remove them from the class and the check-in is undone: the session goes back on their pack, or the owed session is cleared.
Add an expense such as room hire to a class, for that class only or for every class in the series. Each class then shows it waiting for you to confirm, at the usual amount or at what it actually cost, and confirmed costs count towards your monthly expenses.
