What instructors ask before they let an app tell them when to ask for money.
When a check-in takes a client down to your threshold, two sessions left unless you change it, a reminder opens for them. It comes up as soon as you are back on the app's main screens, and the Reminders tile on your home screen shows how many are waiting. If a pack has an expiry date, you also get a notification 30 days before it expires.
You send it. The reminder drafts the message, you pick WhatsApp, SMS or email, and it opens in that app with the text filled in. Ritmo Planner never messages a client on its own.
Tap Remind me in 3 days and the reminder comes back then. Or skip it, and it stays quiet until the client's count drops again.
Yes. There is one reminder per client, and it updates as their sessions go from two to one to none, coming up again each time the count drops. Selling them a new pack closes it.
A plan reminder opens two weeks before the end date, or whenever you set it, with a notification at 08:00 that morning and again a week later, unless you have already seen it in the app. Renew the plan and the reminder closes; the new period starts the day after the old one ends.
