What instructors ask before they move their clients into an app.
Tap Add client and pick Choose from contacts. Ritmo Planner lists your phone's contacts, leaves out anyone who is already a client, and adds everyone you tick in one go, with their phone number and email.
On iPhone you can let Ritmo Planner see only some of your contacts. The import says how many it can see, and you can still add anyone else one at a time from your whole address book.
No. Importing someone sends them nothing. Reminders are drafted for you and sent from your own WhatsApp, SMS or email, only when you press send.
Yes. A name is all a client needs. Add a phone number if you want to send reminders on WhatsApp or SMS, or an email address for email.
When you start, Ritmo Planner reads your phone's region and suggests your country's currency and phone prefix, which you can change at any time. The app speaks English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian.
