What instructors ask before they trust an app with their numbers.
Open Stats and pick the period: this week, this month or your own dates. The Earnings card shows what clients paid in it, what you spent, and what is left, next to the period before. Tap Export to see every payment behind the figure.
Sales counts money when it arrives: a pack, a plan, a drop-in paid at the door, a debt paid back, minus refunds. Delivered counts the value of the sessions you taught, on the day of the class, so a pack paid in March is spread over the weeks it is used. Sessions taken on credit are shown apart until they are paid.
At 18:00 on Sunday for the week, and at 18:00 on the last day of the month for the month. When the month ends on a Sunday you get the month only. A week with nothing delivered sends nothing.
The Earnings card subtracts the expenses you have confirmed and shows what is left. The Sunday and month-end summaries report only what you delivered, because a total after costs is only right once every cost is confirmed.
How many clients were active and who joined, each client's subscription periods, what a subscription works out to per session actually attended, and how many sessions each client has left on their packs, soonest to expire first.
