What teachers ask before they move a term into an app.
Yes. Sell a block of whatever length the course runs, and each class a student attends takes one off it. The student's card shows what is left and when the block expires, counted from attendance rather than from the calendar, so a missed week does not silently cost them a class.
Both live side by side. A monthly plan shows its renewal date, how many classes the student has taken inside it and what each one is costing them. Blocks and monthly plans can belong to the same student.
Open a class in the planner and the group is listed, with each person's status beside their name. That is also where you check people in, which is what keeps the blocks counting down without a second step.
No, and that is deliberate. Ritmo Planner is the teacher's side of the operation. You run the register and the app keeps the arithmetic.
Blocks sold, monthly plans renewed, drop-ins taken and your own costs going out are added up as the term goes on. Ritmo Planner does not process any of it, so you get paid exactly the way you get paid now and nobody takes a percentage.
